Mary Ann Martens - Customer Service / Business Development

Mary Ann came to us in 2002, having previously worked for BAX Global since 1980, starting in Omaha and transferring to Kansas City in 1991. Mary Ann also has prior experience with an export shipper handling export documentation and documentary collections. Mary Ann works with export shippers to develop specific operating and handling procedures both within the shipper's organization and the worldwide Hellmann system. This "business partner" concept allows our customers to take full advantage of supply chain operations and provide superior service to their clients overseas.
