Leon Shunterman - City Manager - Wichita
Leon has been working with international customers in Wichita for over 30 years, the last half of which have been on behalf of Exel. Previous experience was with Air Express International and Pandair. Leon also worked for a major forwarder in St. Louis before returning to Wichita. From his office on the airport cargo building, Leon works with international customers to arrrange for shipment of export goods, advising on documentation and routing, and providing tracking information. He also works with importers to arrange speedy clearance of import shipment, and because of the close proximity to U.S. Customs, can respond promptly as needed to assure the best transit time.
