Jay Devers - Commercial Development Manager
Jay R. Devers is an accomplished business development executive with an entrepreneurial background. Prior to joining Bestway, Devers was Senior Director and Sales Lead for Best Buy Co., Richfield, Minnesota, in the Best Buy for Business unit. Devers was responsible for the development and operation of BBFB’s national field sales channel and the SMB solution offering management teams. He was also involved in ongoing corporate development activities in the identification and integration of strategic investments and acquisitions. Prior to joined Best Buy Co., Devers co-founded Lighthouse Communications, Inc., known now as LightEdge Solutions, Inc., Des Moines, Iowa. Devers played key roles in the sales development and operations of the company in addition to corporate development and investor relations. Devers served as board member and programming director for learning events for the Des Moines, Iowa, chapter of Young Entrepreneurs Organization, a global non-profit educational organization for business owners under age 40, as well as several other progressive networking organizations in Iowa.
