Dick Devers - Customs Broker - Agency Manager

Along with now retired partner Don Gore, Dick started representing Exel, at that time MSAS Cargo International in 1988. His previous experience included working for Circle Freight International and Burlington Northern Air Freight, preceeded by 8 years in distribution in various roles, including transportation manager and operations supervisor. Dick obtained his license as a U.S. Customs Broker in 1990. In addition to membership and participation in several industry organizations, he has presented seminars and meetings on international trade topics since 1984. Topics have included export documentation, letters of credit, export licensing and controls, packing, insurance, and international customer service. Dick has Dangerous Goods certification for air shipments with additional certification for radioactive materials.
