Cindy has worked in Customs Brokerage for the past 12 years, Before joining us, she worked for S. Swartz Co. and Circle Freight International. Prior to that, she worked 11 years for a large importing company in the traffic and importing department. As part of her import customer service duties, Cindy traces incoming shipments, reviews documents and makes entry with U.S. Customs and other government agencies, and arranges for or coordinates delivery of shipments after customs release.
